We know that organic food is better for us than that which is conventionally farmed but what does organic health and beautycare offer?

Before we go through the benefits, it should be made clear that by organic health and beautycare, we mean products that have been certified by a reputable certifier.
Unlike in food, the word 'organic' has no legal protection. So any company can produce a health and beautycare product with little organic content and lots of nasty chemicals and call it organic.
Unfortunately the standards of organic certifiers varies widely also. The Soil Association is regarded internationally as having one, if not the, most rigorous standards. So here at Being Organic we only stock health and beautycare products that are certified by the Soil Association or are of equivalent standard.
All organic products are free from the grim chemicals that have been causing so much concern recently so they have no:
> Parabens
> SLS
> SLES
Instead organic certified products are packed with natural organic contents with only a limited number of harmless additives permitted. Many organic products are totally organic and contain no additives at all. Each of our products listed shows the percentage of organic content and it is never below 70%.
The big cosmetic companies spend millions trying to develop a product that is already out-performed by the organic alternative.
Nature has a way of providing solutions, after all she has had millions of years to perfect her processes.
Organic products provide effective solutions that benefit your skin and body.
All the indicators point towards dramatic problems ahead through climate change and organic health and beautycare provides the only sustainable option.
The organic ingredients for the products are produced on organic farms which provide the only sustainable method of farming.
Mainstream non-organic products rely heavily on petrochemicals in production and cannot be sustained long-term.
